FAQ’s
Depending on the size of the tank, most installations take less than a work day. Roof styles and site conditions greatly affect build times.
Not at all. We will communicate with you prior to the installation and agree on orientation of all fittings and any other requirements you may have.
We build tanks throughout the entire great state of Texas and surrounding states.
No, the tank is erected on your site, and then the DuraCoat specialists apply the color coating.
Absolutely!! We are always just a phone call away.
To comply with the 20-year warranty, the foundation can be concrete or compacted base, covered with clean sand to pad the liner. Compacted, sand-covered pads need to be covered with aggregate around the outside of the tank once it is erected. This rock protects the sand from erosion and should be 4 inches deep and spread out 18 inches from the tank wall. The compacted base needs to extend 3 feet from the tank wall and be perfectly level.
The size of a concrete foundation for an Aqualine Water Tank needs to be 2 feet larger than the tank diameter. There is no need to embed anchors for the tank feet, as we will drill those in onsite during the install. If you are planning a concrete foundation, contact us and we’ll provide you the appropriate spec for your specific tank size.
